Returne Policy
If you wish to return an eligible item, you must contact Diora Jewels within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped within 48 hours of delivery and must be returned in their original, unworn, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials.
Return Instructions
Orders Within Canada
Customers returning items from within Canada may ship their return to the return address provided by Diora Jewels.
International Orders
Customers returning items from outside Canada must contact Diora Jewels before shipping any return. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided at that time.
Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs, insurance fees, customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and any other shipping-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Diora Jewels is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, refused by customs authorities, or otherwise affected while in transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Diora Jewels.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Custom-made pieces
• Personalized or engraved items
• Special orders
• Modified or resized items
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
Right to Refuse Returns
Diora Jewels reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
