Returne Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the relationship with our vendors, we cannot accept returns. For exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchange for sold item depends on store management decision after examine the gold, while return cost and 5% administration fee will be deducted. Also, exchange should be within one week of the date of the purchase.
Exchanges
Only regular – priced items may be exchanged. All sales are final on reduced- price and seasonal items.
Shipping items for exchange

Shipping costs for returning the item is customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
Despite our commitment to our customers, the store will not be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
