At Diora Jewels, every piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Ready to Ship Items

Products marked as Ready to Ship are available in our gallery and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.

Made to Order Items

Products marked as Made to Order are individually handcrafted upon purchase.

Production time is approximately 3–5 weeks before the item is ready for shipment.

Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workshop capacity, material availability, production requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country.

All production and shipping timeframes provided by Diora Jewels are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Any delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are outside of Diora Jewels’ control and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, Diora Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Diora Jewels is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, customs inspections, additional fees imposed by government authorities or shipping carriers, or packages delayed while awaiting customs clearance.
